Hi There! I’m Kesha! A secondary science teacher, curriculum developer, instructional coach, and founder of The Science Mentor. I followed my passion in 2002 when I stepped out of a BioTech lab and into the classroom…and never looked back! Since then, I’ve shared my love for science with students, teachers, and parents in traditional and online environments.

And for my teachers out there, I get it! My goal is to share what I've learned and continue to learn about how to engage students in science in the online learning environment. The tips and resources shared here can be used online, hybrid, or traditional. And like with my students, I work with teachers on a one-to-one basis, supporting you as you learn the ropes of navigating an online classrooms (Zoom, Adobe Connect, or BlackBoard Collaborate) to revamping in-person strategies for online learning.
